The Medium model is essentially a Medium Rare model and Pizza Unit combo created by inserting a corner element between them, which is equipped with a professional gas grill and a built-in gas hob, as well as a super wood-fired pizza oven. An open wood storage keeps enough fuel constantly on hand around the oven to heat up in 30 minutes and cook a delicious pizza in 90 seconds. You can also use it to bake bread, other baked goods or even delicious meat dishes.
The product is based on a powder-coated 100% aluminium framework that can be easily assembled by the customer. It is equipped with doors and elements made of high quality 304 stainless steel. Weatherproof Thermowood shelves and side rails help ensure a practical and enjoyable grilling experience in all conditions. And the UV-, frost- and stain-resistant polished granite countertop adds stability and elegance to this gorgeous L-shaped model.
